Refund policy

At Fadfixpk, we care about customer satisfaction and ensure safe delivery of all parcels. To maintain fairness and transparency, we follow an Exchange-Only Policy.

When You Can Request an Exchange:

If the parcel you receive is different from your order.

If the parcel is already opened or previously used upon delivery.

If the product is damaged during transit.

Conditions for Exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition (with packaging & tags).

Delivery/shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility during the exchange process.
